Using input from all team members and external stakeholders, we gauge how well your team communicates, resolves conflict, accomplishes goals, and operates efficiently. This process allows us to identify the team’s specific strengths and development opportunities and create a team development plan.
HRCatalyst will help your team create and implement a development action plan to improve overall team functioning. We work with the team over six to nine months to determine objectives, execute on action steps, track improvement against milestones, and achieve desired results. We can also work with your team to establish a self-sufficient peer coaching process.
