Anne Marie Carlisi, Ph.D., Licensed Psychologist

Anne Marie Carlisi is the principal of Carlisi & Associates, an Atlanta-based consulting firm specializing in organizational and leadership assessment and development. She is a licensed applied psychologist with over 21 years of corporate and consulting experience. Her approach is to partner with clients to develop customized and practical solutions to improve the performance of organizations, teams, and individuals.

Anne Marie holds a Ph.D. from the University of Akron. She is a member of the American Psychological Association, the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology (SIOP), the Georgia Psychological Association, American Society for Training and Development, Society for Human Resource Management and has been an adjunct faculty member at Auburn University.

 

Carolyn Humphrey, PhD, Consulting Psychology Group

Carolyn is the Senior Consulting Psychologist and owner of The Consulting Psychology Group, an organization dedicated to providing leadership development on an individual, group and organizational level. With ten years of demonstrated experience, she has assisted a broad range of clients and specializes in the higher education, healthcare and non profit arenas. Combining her background in counseling psychology and organizational development, her areas of expertise include leadership; executive coaching; the design and implementation of psychological assessments; and, the creation, facilitation and evaluation of leadership training programs.

 

Linda Gartland, MBA, Corporate Insights & Development

Linda Gartland, managing partner, brings exceptional experience in executive feedback, coaching, and training. She has held senior-level positions in HR as well as business development, marketing, and strategic planning for Hartmarx Corporation. Linda was also a college instructor in business management for seven years. She is often called upon as a resource in designing and/or facilitating customized training and management meetings. Linda has created and delivered dozens of specialized programs and interventions for her clients to meet their unique needs. She has also coached hundreds of managers, offering a breadth of business, leadership, and organization development expertise. Linda has a B.S. in business management from Golden Gate University and an M.B.A. in marketing from Connecticut State University.

 

Tim Gartland, Ph.D., Corporate Insights & Development

Tim Gartland, Ph.D., founding partner of CID, leads the executive assessment and coaching practice, as well as strategic consulting initiatives. He has assisted many clients in designing and implementing initiatives to strengthen their performance and leadership talent. Tim has also consulted on hundreds of organization restructurings and large-scale change efforts. He has helped thousands of executives and managers boost their leadership effectiveness through high impact development strategies targeted against key strengths and needs. Prior to consulting, Tim held several senior HR positions at Fortune 500 companies such as PepsiCo, NationsBank, and Provident. He has a B.A. in psychology from Holy Cross University and a Ph.D. in industrial/organizational psychology from the University of Minnesota.

 

Jack Brantley, Fitability

Fitability, an Atlanta-based company, designs, delivers and supports web-based products that are effective, valid and easy to use for hiring managers and recruiters in medium-to-large businesses. The Fitability team is experienced in selection systems, interviewing, technical product development, sales management, customer service, marketing research, and call center operations.

 

Heather Foster, MS, Foster Consulting

Heather Foster is co-founder of Foster Consulting, Inc., a firm specializing in the area of talent management. Foster Consulting assists organizations in attracting, hiring, engaging and retaining the talent needed to maximize business results. Heather has over 15 years of experience in enhancing the performance of organizations and individuals through customized tools and processes. She has worked extensively with clients to evaluate and improve various aspects of human resources, reward programs, communications, effectiveness of teams, individual development, organizational change and turnover.

 

Nita R. French, Ph.D., French & Associates

Dr. French is a licensed industrial/organizational psychologist with 32 years of private sector internal and external consulting experience. She earned a Ph.D. in psychology from the University of Georgia’s Measurement and Human Differences Program in 1977 and then spent 14 years in the telecommunications industry as an HR research manager, assessment center director, and Director--Human Resources Research & Planning. After 2 years as Visiting Research Scientist at UGA, she founded French & Associates in 1992, a consulting practice concentrated on employee capability and performance assessment and improvement.

 

Brian Bien, Ph.D., LEAD Psychology

Dr. Brian Bienn is a licensed organizational psychologist with a 20 year career supporting leaders across a wide array of organizations and sectors.

Ann J. Maurer, Ph.D., Maurer Consulting Inc.

Dr. Ann Maurer Is a licensed psychologist who has worked with clients both as an internal or external consulting partner in the areas of organizational and individual assessment and development. She has worked with all organizational levels seeking to bring insights and find solutions that will build better business results by strengthening their human resources and individual competence. Ann holds a Bachelor’s degree in psychology from Florida Southern College and earned MS and Ph.D. degrees in industrial/organizational psychology from the University of Georgia.

 

Todd J. Maurer, Ph.D., Maurer Consulting Inc.

Dr. Todd Maurer is a licensed psychologist who has consulted or conducted applied research on issues including employee and leader development, performance appraisal and feedback, human resource testing and selection, and legal concerns. In the Robinson College of Business at Georgia State University, he has served as Professor and Chairman of the Department of Managerial Sciences, the largest academic department in the College of Business. Todd holds a Bachelor’s degree in psychology from University of Pittsburgh and earned MS and Ph.D. degrees in industrial/organizational psychology from the University of Akron.

 

Val Markos, Vmark Consulting

Val Markos is founder of Vmark Consulting. He has over 25 years experience in the design and implementation of talent development programs. Val consults in the area of leadership development, focusing on leadership assessment and feedback, coaching, succession planning, executive selection, and talent management systems.
