Executive Assessment for Development provides an in-depth evaluation of an individual’s strengths and development areas for the purposes of development. This assessment provides a starting point for any individual beginning the development process by identifying clear target areas to address in this effort.
HRCatalyst incorporates an individual’s work history, 360-degree feedback, personality characteristics, an in-depth interview, and at times, cognitive skills into the assessment process. We synthesize all information into an Individual Development Report, which is reviewed with the individual, and often, his or her manager. This process typically includes the creation of an Individual Development Plan, outlining the key areas to address as well as specific action steps, timelines, and deliverables.
Many companies use executive development in the following situations:
"Alison Mallard Ph.D. worked with me for 6 months as my executive coach during a leadership development program. I found her to be extremely easy to work with as she systematically identified my most significant areas of weakness and developed a clear plan for improvement in those areas. I believe that the changes we effected will be long-standing and beneficial. Alison is well-organized, clear, and insightful and I recommend her without reservation."
